Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
